Our partner Mr. S. R. Mirashi is the founder member of all Fine Companies. With experience of more than 30 years, Fine companies are progressing with remarkable success. The Group started with the manufacture of Hardness Testing Machines with export order from USA. Mr. S. R. Mirashi have friendly relation with almost all overseas buyers and Fine machines are exported to USA, UK, Brazil, Middle East, Gulf Countries, Turkey and Africa.

The main principal of the Group is to maintain strict quality control and to supply only quality machines to customers. With the result Fine Companies have regular orders from Engineering Companies, Colleges and also from overseas customers.

1) Fine Testing Machines - ( Unit - I & Unit - II)

This is a Mirashi family company having experience in the Testing Machines since last 25 years. The company manufacturing variety of Material Testing Machines such as Brinell Hardness Tester - Analog Brinell, Optical Brinell, Automatic Brinell, Digital Brinell and PC attached Model, Pendulum Impact Testing Machine - Analog & Digital as per EN and ASTM standard, Torsion Testing Machine, Fatigue Testing Machine etc. The company also manufacturing Universal testing Machines and new series of Hardness Testers specially developed for export.

2) Fine Manufacturing Industries -

This is controlled by Mirashi and Mane group, both having high technical knowledge and experience in the field of Testing machines. Essentially the company started manufacturing of calibrated Test Blocks and critical spares for Hardness Testers. The Test Blocks are accredited to NML. Besides supply of Test Blocks to several Industrial Units, Test Blocks and Poldi Bars are exported. Now the company has started manufacturing of all types conventional Hardness Testing Machines such as Rockwell Hardness Testers, Rockwell cum Brinell Hardness Testers and Digital Hardness Testers. Due to use of modern electronics FINE Digital Hardness Tester is compact and versatile. Company also started manufacturing Universal Testing Machines and Vickers Hardness Testers.
The specialty is of research and development in Electronics and the efforts are on to supply of the machines at lower cost but with advance electronic technology so that analog machines will be replaced without much increase in price.

•	Unit No. 1 and unit No. 2 having handling facilities and all required machinery for machine shop.
•	All provision for Testing equipments like surface plates, Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Precision dial gauges, Height gauges, Cone gauges, Clinometers, Special gauges etc.
•	Availability of proving rings, Dynamometer and load cells with NPL traceability.

• Fine Manufacturing Industries :

When equipped with big assembly shop with lifting arrangement, laboratory for calibration of Hardness Testing Blocks and necessary machinery for machining and a set of equipment for calibration.
